Company Social Responsibility (CSR):
We fully understand social responsibility is the key term for business sustainable development. We construct social welfare zone to serve not only our employees but also the people. We care about labor safety system, fire protection system, health care clinic, social & health insurance. Moreover, we encourage employees join company club, Young Union, etc. and other extracurricular activities. Delta also is an active member of local charities and scholarship funds.
In August 2012, Delta received the system certification SA 8000:2008 for meeting social responsibility standard.

Ethics principles:
HONESTY: We will never deliberately mislead. We will be as candid as possible, openly and freely sharing information, as appropriate to the relationship.

PROMISE-KEEPING: We will go to great lengths to keep our commitments. We will not make promises that can’t be kept and we will not make promises on behalf of the Company unless we have the authority to do so.
